About Paul Lilburne

I moved to the Carine area with my family in 1978. I attended school in Ocean Reef and Kallaroo and completed my teacher’s degree at Edith Cowan University in Joondalup.

I’ve been an advocate for our community through my work in the fields of education and child protection for the last 21 years.

Having watched our community grow in strength and diversity, I’ve cherished the opportunity to create positive change for local young people, families, and businesses.

As a former teacher, I’m passionate about education. Strong investment by the McGowan Labor Government in education, is enabling local kids to get the skills they need to prepare for the jobs of the future. Our well-resourced training sector is producing skilled workers to take up employment opportunities across our state.

The Government’s sound economic management has provided us with an opportunity to deliver key infrastructure projects in and around our community and I look forward to championing local projects.

As your Member of Parliament for Carine, I will provide accessible and positive representation for local people and advocate for more improvements for our community.

The McGowan Labor Government has a proven record of leadership for our community. I am proud to be part of Mark McGowan’s team to deliver benefits for people in Carine.
